My video productions portfolio includes TV shows, commercials, live productions, social media content, the internal and external communications of corporations. I am highly experienced in all stages of production: pre-production, filming, post-production and publication.
In Grand Designs Finland I have worked as a cinematographer, and as a drone and action cam operator. These productions have been unique because the filming of a single episode can take several years as you follow the building process from start to finish.
Grand Designs Finland season 2 won the Kultainen Venla award for Best Lifestyle Program in 2023.
We are currently filming season 3.
I've been involved in the Redneck Auction (Suomen Huutokauppakeisari) TV production since the first season. At that time, I took photos for promotional purposes when the program started on the JIM channel. Moving between Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Jyväskylä again put my participation in filming Redneck Auction on a small pause, but after 2019 I have been actively present in the filming crew again. I have worked as a camera operator and as a reporter.
During 2024 we are filming season 17.
Metso continues their pioneering, bringing a recycling service to its customers amongst the first in the industry. In the past, the worn out parts of mining equipment had to be taken to the landfill, but now these can be recycled. This innovative recycling facility saves time, money and the environment. I shot video and photos of the facility, and we interviewed the inventor of the facility himself.

The Fitness Village mobile game encourages you to move, and the quick mini-games are a good workout for your reflexes and brain. My assignment was to make a trailer for the release of the mobile game, which was a mixture of game footage (from the beta phase), animated graphics and recorded video.
In collaboration with graphic artist Lauri Renvall, we made a series of animations for A2 level language teaching. The animations were commissioned by the city of Jyväskylä, and these were part of the language immersion activities in early childhood education.
Learning a foreign language is easier for children when it is done with a song or a game with a lot of repetition. When visual reinforcers are added to this equation, the students also have a visual link to learn the new words better.

We did a thought game with Markkinointiviestintä Pitenius and Valtra's user experience manager Kimmo Wihinen on what kind of future tractors artificial intelligence models can create.
This culminated in an article featured in Valtra's personnel magazine, but according to Wihinen, the necessary functionalities are missing in the pictures as artificial intelligence is not yet capable of designing an entire tractor. It is, however, an extremely good tool for designing individual elements - especially for quickly producing variations.
I have held training workshops and lectures related to video productions, photography, editing, animation and artificial intelligence. I also like to talk about entrepreneurship and my competitive gaming background. My audience has been students from every level of education, entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized companies, marketing teams of larger companies, and recruitment trainees who have made a career change.
